X-Link
Driver Development
Construction of the driver for the X-Link gateway involved adding components
to the X-Link kernel to enable communications via X-Link between dissimilar
networks. The custom CT-Net driver allows users to communicate from CT-Net
through X-Link to any communications scheme that has an X-Link driver. |

Intellution FIX Driver
The transfer of information between the CT drives and the FIX Database
were provided. An Intellution-style I/O driver was produced which communicates
with Scan, Alarm and Control (SAC) through Driver Image Tables, representing
a significant amount of work in addition to the communications DLL. Once
completed, the driver was outwardly identical to other FIX drivers and
was installed/configured through the System Configuration task (SCU).
Applied Sciences Group engineers had attended the I/O driver instructional
seminars provided by Intellution and Applied Sciences Group possessed
the required I/O Driver Tool kit and manuals. |

Intellution Loadable
Database Block
A set of appropriate database blocks (analog inputs, analog outputs, and
calculation blocks for scaling) was developed to provide flexibility. End
users were ultimately provided with a generic set of database files (packaged
as a text files) with the ability to be imported into any Intellution Database. |

Intellution Graphical
Dynamo
A Graphical Dynamo was produced to aid in screen development. This was
accomplished by working closely with the customer to achieve desired results. |
