ASG could have walked away from these clients.  In each case there were scope of work areas that were vaguely defined or miscommunicated.  Clients couldn’t or wouldn’t pay as milestones were met.  In one case, client mechanical equipment delays pushed the schedule out far beyond the intended completion date, forcing us to shuffle staff, accruing unexpected overhead to reconcile the scheduling issues. 

Despite these unexpected incidences, ASG stood behind our work on these projects, absorbed the financial impact and completed the projects to our clients’ satisfaction.  We pride ourselves on standing behind our work, always; it is has been the cornerstone of our value proposition since our inception and will continue to be in the future.  As much as we want to grow our company, earning new clients, our satisfied existing customer base is the foundation of our success.  We know when their businesses thrive so will we.
